Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Looking for a healthy dessert that also uses up those avocados? Here’s a super yummy one! Also, if your avocados are ripening too quickly, cut the flesh out and freeze it. Thaw out the halves for this recipe or put into smoothies for extra creamy goodness.

Serves 4 {Per Serving: Cals 425, Protein: 7, Carbs: 39, Fat: 30}

Ingredients:

  • Flesh of 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup melted chocolate
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk of choice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • Sweetener to taste (for example, ¼ cup maple syrup, honey, or monk fruit sweetener)

Optional

  • Garnish with mint leaves

Mix it up

Combine all the ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
